Program Value

The total financial benchmark used to determine the Activation Fee (1%), EON Credit (9%), and Shared Success (20%) under the ImpactShare™ Model.

The Program Value is derived from the Partner's verified Educational Revenue (as defined below) per student or per program.

Educational Revenue Definition

For the purposes of this Agreement, Educational Revenue refers to all verified income directly supporting educational delivery under this partnership, including but not limited to:

• Tuition or enrollment fees paid by students;
• Public or government funding, subsidies, or grants allocated per student or per program; and
• Institutional or third-party contributions, such as those from foundations, corporations, or development agencies, that finance student participation or program operations.

Educational Revenue serves as the basis for calculating the Program Value, Activation Fee (1%), EON Credit (9%), and Shared Success (20%) components of the ImpactShare™ Model.

Educational Revenue Benchmarks by Region (per 1,000 students)

• Region B — Europe / UK: $180,000
• Region C — Middle East / SE Asia / Latin America: $80,000
• Region D — Africa / South Asia: $50,000
• Region E — Low-Income / LDC: $30,000 (+ setup fee to meet $50,000 minimum)

Can we defer or split the 1% activation payment?

Phased payment options can be discussed during your Deep-Dive Session based on institutional constraints. However, activation must be confirmed to secure your position in a 30-Day Deployment Cohort.

What if our actual tuition or funding differs from the Educational Revenue benchmark?

Educational Revenue benchmarks are designed for fairness across diverse institutions and funding models. Pricing uses the regional benchmark, which includes tuition, government funding, and institutional contributions—not just your institution's specific rates. In rare cases where there's significant variance, adjustments may be reviewed during the Deep-Dive Session.

Is the Deep-Dive Session mandatory?

Yes. The Deep-Dive Session is where we align your configuration (Core / Jobs / Income / Custom), confirm financial details, set measurable impact goals, and create your 30-Day Activation Plan. This ensures successful deployment.

What happens after approval?

You'll receive a formal Offer Letter within 3 business days, schedule your Deep-Dive Session with our regional team, review the agreement with your leadership, and begin your 30-Day Activation Plan once accepted.

What is included in the ImpactShare (9%) co-investment?

EON provides AI configuration, custom XR assets, platform hosting, technical support, training for your team, and ongoing platform updates—valued at 9× your activation contribution. This is delivered in-kind, not as cash.

How does the 20% ongoing platform fee work?

The 20% participation fee applies to realized program value after launch and is calculated on actual student enrollments and usage, creating a true shared-success model where EON only succeeds when you succeed.
