Program Value
The total financial benchmark used to determine the Activation Fee (1%), EON Credit (9%), and Shared Success (20%) under the ImpactShare™ Model.
The Program Value is derived from the Partner's verified Educational Revenue per student or per program.
Educational Revenue
For the purposes of this Agreement, Educational Revenue refers to all verified income directly supporting educational delivery under this partnership, including but not limited to:
- Tuition or enrollment fees paid by students;
- Public or government funding, subsidies, or grants allocated per student or per program; and
- Institutional or third-party contributions, such as those from foundations, corporations, or development agencies, that finance student participation or program operations.
Educational Revenue serves as the basis for calculating the Program Value, Activation Fee (1%), EON Credit (9%), and Shared Success (20%) components of the ImpactShare™ Model.
Current Educational Revenue Benchmarks by Region:
- Region A (North America): $45,000 per student
- Region B (Europe/UK): $18,000 per student
- Region C (Middle East/SE Asia/Latin America): $8,000 per student
- Region D (Africa Tier 1/South Asia): $5,000 per student
- Region E (Low-Income/LDC Regions): $3,000 per student
